What we collect
If you create an account, PromoGenerator stores your email, profile details, saved campaign settings, brand-kit choices, and subscription status. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by PromoGenerator.
Browser-based tools
QR, barcode, image conversion, and package rendering are performed in your browser. Source images and generated files remain on your device unless you explicitly choose “Save to private library” or save a Studio campaign. Files you choose to save are uploaded to private Supabase storage and linked to your account; other users cannot list or download them.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the application, Supabase provides account and database services, and Stripe processes subscriptions. Each provider processes information under its own privacy and security terms.
Advertising on the free tier
Free tool pages may display advertising delivered by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to deliver, limit, and measure ads. Advertising is not shown on an eligible ad-free paid plan.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account information by emailing privacy@promogenerator.net. We retain information only as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
