Your content and destinations
You keep ownership of content you provide. You must have permission to use uploaded images, names, logos, destinations, and other campaign materials. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of every generated promotion.
Acceptable use
Do not use PromoGenerator for fraud, impersonation, malware, deceptive links, illegal products, harassment, intellectual-property infringement, or campaigns that violate a destination platform's rules.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew until canceled. Prices and plan limits are displayed before checkout. Canceling stops future renewals and does not disable files you have already downloaded. Refund requests are reviewed according to applicable law and the circumstances of the charge.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but no online service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Maintain copies of important downloaded assets and keep direct control of destination accounts and links.
